Where to start? Lack of birth control knowledge? Issuance of drivers licenses to an immature population? Religious fundamentalism? (Fundamentalism is Fundamentalism in any religion)
Nepotism in school systems?
Failure of Leadership in hiring/firing?
Lack of investment?
Lack of Sustained Focus?
Poor Time Management?
Lack of individualized Instruction?
